Christmas in July!

Processed with VSCO with c1 presetI may be a little too festive, but I love celebrating Christmas in July. 6 month since Christmas movies and music is just a little too long for me! I know that some people think it’s stupid, but not me!! Christmas the beginning of July, Shark week and the beach at the end?? I think so!

Hallmark is my go to during July. They air so many Christmas movies and I’m such a huge fan of Hallmark movies! I love keeping my TV on Hallmark or Christmas music all through July (until shark week of course). I think it’s appropriate to make some home made coco too! My favorite cocoa is super simple to make all you need is Hershey cocoa powder, milk, and sugar. Mix it all together to taste on the stove and heat it up! To make it even better add some marshmallow cream on top!

Today is the day Hallmark will start their Christmas in July special! This really puts me in the mood to do some early Christmas shopping! For one I do enjoy getting all of that over with before the holiday season, so I can sit back and relax and enjoy my favorite time of all! Around this time I usually start to make a list of everyone I need to get gifts for and how much money I’m budgeting out for the gifts. This gives me plenty of time to be looking for the perfect gift for each person and maybe even find some on sale! I am all about saving some money and I will defiantly need the money around the holidays.

I know this blog post is sort of short, and I usually don’t do post like this, however I wanted to do a little update about how I will be spending my July! If you need me I’ll be curled up on my couch with my favorite Christmas mug full of hot cocoa watching Hallmark movies!
