Easy Fried Rice

I love this recipe so much, and I wanted to share it with you guys. This recipe is so easy and you don’t need that many ingredients. I make this all the time rather it just be for me, or if I am making it for my family. It is super quick and cheap too!

I make different portions according to how many people are going to eat so your amount of ingredients will vary. So, here is what you need..

  1. Instant white rice
  2. Eggs
  3. Chives ( I get mine from my herb garden)
  4. Butter
  5. Soy Sauce
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. (you can add vegtables if you want)

First of all you will need to steam your rice, I do this while I am preparing the rest of the ingredients. While my rice is cooking, I cut up my chives (you can also use an onion if you don’t have chives). Then, I get a skillet and put in a good amount of butter and start to melt it. I then will get a bowl, beat my eggs, and add salt and pepper. When I’m making this for myself I use 2-3 eggs and if I’m making a big portion I’ll add around 6.  In my skillet with butter I throw in my chives and eggs. After my eggs are scrambled I then throw in my rice and turn the heat off. The last thing I do is pour in some soy sauce to taste. Serve and enjoy!
